Should We Condition Other People Culturally ?

In the middle class cultural perspective of India in 2006 AD, we see people who are by products of conscious cultural conditioning by prior generations. Needless to say, they try to repeat the history. This has the side effect of locking the perception and thinking of slave to what the master already knows or thinks he knows. This is the biggest deterrent to opening of people's minds.

People hardly analyze the performance and impact of culture on human life analytically, its all biased, they want to see what they believe. What they believe , they try to claim , they are seeing. The cultural should always be an option of ones own volition, not a must have. There are people for whom cultural & professional quotients are conflicting, its the culture that ruins their professional life.

We never look fundamentally what a man is, what is the most apt approach for anything, its mostly culturally filtered, not analytically or psychologically justified thing. We always build systems with known weaknesses to serve our temporary interests. We end up being losers in larger game.

What we need?, What causes stress?, How do we interact in a way so as to not adversely affecting the others and ourselves? What is the right and forthright approach in life? Are we educated about human sensibilities? Do we know what serves larger human interests?
